Revocation and Return
Should you find anything wrong with a product, or you believe it does not meet your set expectations, our customer service team will assist you with any item you wish to return. We aim to offer all customers a suitable solution, whether to return the products, replace them for something else or simply refund the value of your order. Consequences of revocation – right of revocation:
You may withdraw your declaration of the contract within 14 days without giving reasons in written form (e. g. letter, fax, email) or - if you received the goods before the expire date - by sending the goods back. The period shall commence upon receiving this notification, however, not prior to the delivery of the goods to the consignee (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not prior to the delivery of the first part delivery). Notice of cancellation must be received in writing on or before the appropriate date.

Consequences of Revocation:
In the event of a valid revocation, each party shall return to the respective other party the benefits received. If you cannot at all return the benefits you received by us or only partially or in a worse condition, you will have to pay compensation for this. This does not apply for returns of benefits, when the degradation has been caused by an examination of the items which is likewise to the examination in a store. By the way, you can avoid compensation by not using the items like your own and by refraining from anything that can cause a degradation of the item’s value.
Objects that are suitable for sending as a parcel shall be returned. Items not able to be sent in a package shall be picked up. Obligations to refund payments must be met within 28 days. The period begins with the transmission of your statement or revocation of goods for us with their reception.
